Terms and Conditions – Jilievo Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any part of the Jilievo platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Jilievo.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. We recommend reading this document before completing your registration. If there is anything you do not understand, contact our support team via live chat or email at support@jilievo-vip.com before proceeding.

These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Jilievo.

To register and use Jilievo you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not prohibited for you personally.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or as a syndicate.
• You must not be a current or former employee of Jilievo, or an immediate family member of such an employee, without express written permission from Jilievo management.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Jilievo takes the protection of minors very seriously and employs technical and procedural controls to prevent underage access to the platform.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on Jilievo. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different personal details — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with winnings forfeited.

Information You Provide

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms.

Verification

Jilievo may request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence. Providing fraudulent documents will result in permanent account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jilievo account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Jilievo staff will never ask you for your password — do not share it with anyone.

You must notify Jilievo immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Until Jilievo is notified, you are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including bets placed and withdrawals requested.

• Use a strong, unique password not used on other platforms.
• Do not access your account from shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Enable two-factor authentication from your account settings if available.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access funds.

Jilievo uses SSL encryption across the entire platform and does not store raw payment credentials on its servers. All payment processing is handled through secure, certified payment gateway partners.

All deposits at Jilievo are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Jilievo does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges in some cases — check with your provider before depositing.

Jilievo reserves the right to reject a deposit or apply additional verification checks for deposits that appear unusual or that trigger fraud prevention flags. Funds deposited using a payment method that does not match the account holder's name may be subject to additional checks.

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Jilievo does not charge withdrawal fees on our side. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum single withdrawal is Rs 10,00,000 per transaction.

Withdrawals are generally processed within the following timeframes:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: 15–30 minutes during operational hours
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Up to 1 hour
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 1–4 business hours
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days
• VIP Gold / Platinum: Priority processing — typically under 10 minutes

Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification checks before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above Rs 50,000. Jilievo reserves the right to hold a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for verification purposes. If verification is not completed within this window, Jilievo may return the funds to your account balance.

Jilievo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Each promotion has specific terms which are displayed on the Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all Jilievo bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a 10x wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion details.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account.
• Bonus wagering is only counted from qualifying bets, as defined for each promotion. Free bets on virtual sports, esports, and sports markets generally count at 100% towards wagering. Casino games contribution rates vary by game type.
• Maximum stake when wagering with bonus funds is Rs 2,000 per bet unless otherwise specified.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Jilievo reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, including bonus stacking across multiple accounts or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to minimise variance while satisfying wagering requirements.

All bets placed on Jilievo are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules and esports-specific settlement policies are published on the relevant betting pages.

Bet Acceptance

Jilievo reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion. Bets are only accepted when the platform has confirmed them with a bet reference number. Bets that fail to receive a reference number due to technical issues are not considered accepted.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

• Minimum single bet: Rs 100
• Maximum single bet: determined by market and event, displayed at the time of bet placement
• Maximum accumulator payout: Rs 50,00,000 per ticket

Errors and Obvious Mistakes

Jilievo reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, where a technical glitch or data feed error results in odds that are materially different from the correct market price. In such cases, stakes are returned. Jilievo's decision on what constitutes an obvious error is final.

Match Abandonment

If a match or event is abandoned before the minimum period required for settlement (as defined in sport-specific rules), all bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. Full abandonment rules are available on the relevant sport pages.

Jilievo's live casino section, available at Live Casino, features games provided by licensed third-party software providers. The rules of each individual game — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, and game shows — are governed primarily by the game provider's published rules, which are accessible within each game interface.

The following general policies apply to all live casino activity on Jilievo:

• All game outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified RNG or live dealer mechanics. Jilievo does not control or influence individual game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, Jilievo's system will attempt to complete the round using the last confirmed action. If the round cannot be completed, the bet is typically voided and the stake returned.
• Maximum live casino bet limits vary by game and table tier. Minimum bets and maximum payout caps are displayed within each game.
• Progressive jackpot winnings, where applicable, are subject to verification before payment.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Jilievo and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and potentially legal action:

• Opening more than one account or assisting others to circumvent the one-account policy
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain — these must be reported to support immediately
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or using non-public information to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of winning bonuses or generating guaranteed profits
• Attempting to launder money or using Jilievo for any illegal financial activity
• Providing fraudulent identification documents or misrepresenting personal information
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback via your bank or payment provider for deposits made to Jilievo

You may close your Jilievo account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Any real-money balance remaining will be returned to your last-used withdrawal method after verification, provided no outstanding wagering requirements are attached to those funds.

Jilievo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Account inactivity — accounts with a zero balance that have not been logged in to for more than 24 months may be closed, with any remaining balance donated to Jilievo's responsible gaming fund after notification
• Following a self-exclusion request by the account holder
• At Jilievo's reasonable business discretion, with proper notice where legally required

Jilievo is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides the following tools free of charge to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been active for a set duration
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block access to your Jilievo account
• Reality Checks: In-session summaries of time spent and net result

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jilievo shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including loss of winnings, loss of data, or indirect losses — arising from:

• Technical issues, platform downtime, or interruptions beyond Jilievo's reasonable control
• Internet connectivity failures on the player's side
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain security
• Changes to laws or regulations that affect your ability to use the platform
• Errors made by third-party game providers, data feed providers, or payment processors

Jilievo's liability to you in connection with any single claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total deposits you have made to Jilievo in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits Jilievo's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be legally excluded or limited.

Jilievo reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice by one or more of the following methods:

• Posting a notice on the Jilievo website homepage or login page
• Sending an email notification to your registered address
• Displaying an in-platform notification when you next log in

Continued use of the Jilievo platform after any change has been communicated constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
